Use this page to find the right support path for an order return or refund question.

Return requests

If you need help with a return or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at icacanolesi@gmail.com. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label before approving the next step.

Return shipping

Return shipping cost: the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items sent without approval might not be accepted.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer can take additional time to post the refund.
