Returns and refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact icacanolesi@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Return shipping cost: the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Return address and instructions are provided after a return request is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or card issuer might take additional time to post the refund.
