Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing through JosepHome (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or fulfillment feasibility. If we cancel an accepted order, you will be refunded in full.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation may not be possible; in that case the return process applies.

Product availability and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free. Slight variations may occur.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to violate any rights of third parties, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the operation of the Store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JosepHome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada applicable to consumer purchases shipped to Canadian addresses, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
